Same issue in Stockport, Greater Manchester - can’t make or receive calls on my phone nor on my wife’s phone.  Been down for over an hour now

Thanks for the update @JonathanB. Will follow your post for updates. Is this network issue a generic one or has only impacted some specific areas? We are in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire.

The issue doesn't appear to be location based. We've got engineers working hard to locate the root cause of the issue and get everything back to normal ASAP. Thanks for your patience whilst we work on this.

I'm unable to call out , I've checked network,  says okay,restarted my phone, but no joy 😶

Live chatbot is not helping

Unable to make or receive calls since morning today. Not just my phone but also wife's phone on Three network having same issue. Restarted phone multiple times and rechecked but still not working. Daughter's phone on different network is fine. So seems like it's specifically an issue with Three network. Cheltenham, Gloucestershire area.

I haven't been able to make or receive calls this morning. When I try to call someone it doesn't even ring, and when I tried to pick up when someone called me, I couldn't hear anything. 

I've checked the three network coverage and there are no issues flagged. 

I've also tried to fix this issue through the 'Chat to Three' option but I just get a useless chatbot and everytime I ask to connect to a person, when it finally lets me after asking a billion questions, it says there is no one available. 

I also obviously can't fix this issue by calling Three as my phone doesnt work, so here I am....

Any help would be so appreciated.

I have exactly the same this morning, it just goes quiet and says call failed after a minute or so. I also cant receive any incoming calls...
