My contract ended 24 months but three still charged me full contract price in month 25,26 and 27 ! How ridiculous is that .. how do I get this money back that was cheated from me ?
All lame customer service says is go contact loyaltypenalty claim ! I did and they clearly mention that is not the process to get refund it is a claim which will go on for next 5+ years and Vodafone etc have refunded the customers in their next contract rather than three who refuse to refund ? Any suggestions on how to get my hard earned money back ?

Here we go again. Why don’t people read the small print. When your contract has ended your service will continue on a month by month basis until you give notice of cancellation. It’s exactly the same across all main networks. If you’re saying you did give notice to customer service (by phone) and they didn’t action it then that’s an entirely different matter. As for you mentioning “loyalty penalty claim” and something about 5+ years I confess I’ve not the faintest idea what you’re on about but would suggest you contact customer service to discuss your perceived problem.
