I wanted to report my lost SIM card and order a new sim. I couldn’t get a customer service person on the phone as it was going I circles on the automated system. I had no other option on their automated system to order a new replacement sim, the only option was to block the phone and replace the sim, I have chosen that option not knowing the consequences.
now I am finding very difficult to unblock my phone and 3 mobile is not very helpful to understand my problem and asking me multiple documents which I find it very difficult to gather.
Unfortunate I have a phone which I can’t use and a 3 sim contract which is useless.
I was with 3 mobile for more than 10 years and planning to switch to a different provider.
