3 Day of waiting and no information up dates. Called Dpd help line and told basically to deal with it myself and contact 3uk. 3 online chat was not helpful and cut off with no solution. So when to the store to talk to a human person. Can't help me with out the phone and told to wait until it turn up. !!!
I want to cancel now !!

We can't take direct action on your account from here, but I'd recommend discussing this further with customer services. When a parcel is lost in transit, the team will raise an investigation and if this is confirmed to have been misplaced the team will be able to look at your options for replacing or cancelling the order.
