Free cafe nero

I’ve just had an email from the 3+ to say that I can have a free cafe Nero drink for the next three weeks but when I go into the app, it’s not available, only the £1 cafe Nero per week is available. Any ideas?

I’d check that with customer service to be on the safe side if I were you. Strange it’s not showing in the app.
