In August 2025 I cancelled my home broadband service, after 2 and a half years, and returned the equipment as per your instructions (i have a receipt). I am being pestered by phone calls and payment demands all referring to telephone accounts with my Home Broadband account number ********. It seems that your online service is dedicated to mobile phone sales and my attempts speaking to your service call centre has bean a complete waste of time. can you help?

Has this device return since been registered, and has the Broadband service now been cancelled?
