Hi
So I got a new phone and had to contact customer service to get a new eSim, for some reason when I tryed to use the QR code it said that it was being used by another device, so I deactivated my old device eSim but I kept geting the same error.
I tried to contact customer suport again but they cant give me another replacement eSim because I cant use th 2FA with my number because I dont have accses to it anymore, because the QR didnt work.
Now im stuck without accses to my number!

Hi,
I had this problem. When I swapped phones, to get new esim had to login to three app ( bit it requested a 2FA ) but with the old sim disabled, this was not possible! ( and is odd Three dont see this problem & have a solution - at least they didn’t late last year ).

Only options then were visit a three store ( with ID ) for a sim or have one posted.
not ideal.
