Having been able to secure a Nero voucher on Monday morning it has now disappeared from my active vouchers! Is this normal? Do you issue more codes than are actually available and then they disappear once all used up? Was a little embarrassing when it came to pay…

This doesn't sound very common, but I can see on the offer terms that the code can be saved if available, but also that possession of a code doesn't guarantee a drink.
Is this the first time you've noticed this happening?
