I recently cancelled home broadband within the cooling period as the speed was lower than advertised, and I am yet to receive the return label from DPD. I have tried contacting Three but they just keeping asking if I've checked my Junk folder. Is there anything I can do about this?

Hello.
That's not so great. If you've been unable to receive it after multiple attempts, I'd recommend asking for a return package to be mailed to you instead.
