Picturehouse Three+ code not working this week

Hi, the picture house three + code isn’t working - please can someone from Three kindly fix this? I understand from other previous posts it’s possible. Thanks! @JonathanB @MichaelP  are you able to kindly help? Thanks!!

To clarify, were you able to retrieve a code, and are you experiencing an error during redemption?

I just completed some checks on this and the codes appear to be working.

Are you selecting screenings between Friday - Sunday?

Hi @MichaelP  thanks for your speedy reply. I can get a code in the three+ app but it says not valid on the picturehouse website. The booking I am trying to make is for Thurs day evening. Thanks!

Thanks a lot for getting back to me with this additional info.

The Picturehouse offer is for screenings on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday only, so it won't work on a Thursday.

Please check for a suitable screening over the weekend, and this should work for you.
