Request to Disable Auto-Renew and Remove Credit Card

Dear [Support/Customer Service],

I am contacting you because I would like to disable the auto-renewal on my account and delete my credit card information. Unfortunately, I am unable to do either, as the system displays a message saying: "You can't do this at this time."

Could you please assist me with these requests?

Hello @Benoit,

As we didn't hear back from you on this, I just wanted to check in to see if you were able to disable auto-renew and remove your card details.

Did you get a chance to speak with customer services yet?

Hi @Benoit,

Sorry to hear this, did you make contact with customer services as @Geluk suggested? I can't directly make changes on your account, but I'll be happy to check if there's an issue with the online account systems. Did you attempt to cancel auto-renew whilst logged in on the website, Three App, or have you tried this on both?
