Stolen phone

Cornfield
Fledgling

My phone was stolen last night here in Rome.

I have attempted to use the chat service to report the theft but it is not connecting.

Can the phone be blocked to prevent fraud?

Hello @Cornfield,

I'm really sorry to hear that your phone was stolen, and I understand how stressful this must be.

It's really important that the phone and SIM be blocked/blacklisted.

As Clivejo helpfully shared, there is a number you can call to reach customer services when abroad.

If you've not been able to do this yet, please try the number +44 7782 333 333 or the live chat again.

It's also important to look at changing your passwords for your Three account, and other accounts accessible via your phone, such as online banking and social media.

Thanks,
Michael
