Unable to view home broadband bill in my three account

I have a mobile sim and home broadband with three. I get charged for both separately per month from the same card. However, when I login to the my three app, I only see my mobile plan not my home broadband plan. How do I access my home broadband plan in three? I have not received any communication from three about this plan either.

Hi @jeff2345,

As long as your the account holder and all the same details are recorded for you in both accounts, look for the option to link accounts on your My3 account. Alternatively customer services also have a process to help do this for you.
