I have set up my voicemail through 123. However, when someone calls me they are not given the option to leave a message. How can I make sure this happens?

@jr0 has asked a couple of questions which could provide helpful info. I'd also add to this:
What model of phone do you use?
When you say that there's no option to leave a message, what happens? Does the caller receive an automated message or are they possibly hanging up before diverted to Voicemail? Can you try a test call to your number please, make sure to hang on for about 30 seconds and this should ensure that you've waited long enough for the divert to happen.
