i was just wondering if i could get any info on something, basically what happened was i was playing an online game which i’d been playing for a long time on three without any issues, but it suddenly kicked me and said failed to connect to the server, i used wifi and a vpn to make sure it wasn’t an issue with the game itself, it let me play on wifi and a vpn but not with my three data, i went to check my network coverage and it says there’s an issue in the area, do you think me not being able to play is because of that? i’m just concerned since i really love this game and only my data has a strong enough connection for me to play without lag 💔 i hope once the issue is resolved i’ll be able to play like normal again?

Hey @hullabaloo,
I'm sorry to hear you've noticed these problems with your data when playing one of your favourite games.
If an area issue has been highlighted, this may explain the problems you're seeing, but I'd also recommend resetting your network settings if you find that this is still ongoing.
The steps for this will differ, depending on the device you have, and doing so will remove any saved Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections.
If your postcode still shows an area issue that doesn't clear up, please have a chat with Customer Services to discuss alternative options for your service.
Thanks,
Michael

The fact that it works over VPN and not directly over Three network is a bit suspicious. Does the game offer any more diagnostic data, other than failed to connect to the server? I been noticing that the Three network seems to be breaking secure connections to certain servers, all throwing SSL errors.
