Hi all,
had the 5g outdoor hub around 4 months now. First month no issues great speeds. Ever since it’s been a downward spiral.
constant constant intermittent drop offs for 20/30 seconds at all points during the day.
signal strength as good as I can get it in mid / late 70s.
this isn’t normal right? I’ve been on the phone probably over a dozen times and I am keep being told about some illusive issue in the area and that they haven’t got to the bottom of it yet. Why then is my phone working perfectly fine and I can watch a movie on 5g INSIDE the house fine but the outdoor hub which is strapped to a fascia board 5m in the air loses connection every 5 minutes.
just wondering what others experience is like to date?

It sounds like the team you spoke to identified some kind of issue, and that's likely what's causing the problem you are experiencing.
There are certain types of issue that can affect broadband connections that don't affect mobile phone connections, and it sounds like that's what is happening here.
