5g broadband keeps going down

Can you provide some more details?

What model of hub/router are you using?   Three supports several different model.

By down do you mean loss of internet connectiivity, hub crashes, or something else?

How frequently?   Does it come back by itself or do you need to reset hub?

There was a short term,  apparently quite widespread, loss of internet connectivity around 22:30 last night (27/01)
