I have had little to no 5g home broadband reception since yesterday. Cannot get any help from anyone there at 3 it is absolutely rubbish. THE CHECKER SAYS THERE IS A PROBLEM THEY ARE WORKING ON BUT I have an unusable connection now & its over 48 hours?
Anyone?

Latest update via live chat here take £11 credit & go away it may take another 7 days to resolve the problem.....AGAIN NO REAL RESOLUTION NOR CLARITY ON ISSUE & TIMING.....may be time to switch, pity as its been a goodish run for the past 2+ years, but cannot live with flakey signal & very flakey support. It is now 1 week later & still slow flakey unusable 5g

the only advantage of mobile broadband, imo, is that is mobile so you could take the router somewhere else (but not your home 🤣)

Oh so funny, its not mobile its 5g router at home. If you cannot help best to leave it to the adults to sort out rather than show your lack of knowledge here

We're really sad to hear you've been having these broadband issues recently. We totally understand it's not ideal however, it's great to know there's work being carried out in the area to have this fixed as soon as possible. Please know your engineers are working really hard to have this completed.

THANKS FOR NOTHING. As usual company response is Great how can we help? Then replies have NO specific information - NO constructive help - NO timelines >>>> utterly useless Oh thanks for paying us nearly £400 a year for no support nor consistent service. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?
