If you log off the app, you may find that you won't be able to login again. (always says your phone number or email is incorrect)
Customer service offer no help because they even don't know this app exists.
But, I accidentally fix it myself by luck
Solution: use VPN to connect to other countries, and try to login, now it works suddently.
What I doubt is that, it is again related to the DNS server issue other customer mentioned .
