I received my broadband router today. When turned on the lights all turn blue except the phone and 4g symbol. I spoke to live chat who told me it was all connected from their side. 8hours later the router is the same and when trying to connect it says wrong password, which it's not. I have tried chatting to live chat again where it states they are open to 10pm but from 9.15pm the chat is closed and no agents available. I will be cancelling first thing tomorrow. Do not recommend

Like it or not and whatever you’ve been told the SIM card isn’t active for 24 hours. Try turning the router off and on occasionally and it’ll start to work eventually. You chose Three for whatever reason so at least wait that length of time and if after that,things aren’t right then cancel all you want.

They are sending a new router as they believe the one I have received is faulty. Time will tell. Thank for the reply
