ive got a account number im trying to add the broadband account to my exsisting account but i dont know my number

Great question. Data SIMs and most Broadband devices support SMS texting, so you could either check in your router's admin for a text/SMS option or insert the SIM in a compatible phone and send a message.
You can also check out our Device Support pages. Find the model of device you use, and check for more advice in the "How to Guides" tab for how to find your number. For most Broadband devices, you can also install the Three App, then choose the "manage broadband" option when the app first opens to help access your account. If you follow the prompts from there you should gain access to manage and view your broadband account details.
