Can you move one number between two devices?

Jabraham
Fledgling

I would like to use a feature phone (most likely a TTfone TT970) for some days when I do not want or need the distractions of my smart phone.

Is there a way can I set up an eSIM on the feature phone and then activate my existing number on it easily the move that number back to my smart phone when needed?

thanks

Hello there.

I don't think eSIM would be the right thing for this. Each time you want to change, you'd need to request a new eSIM, then register the SIM on the other device. Each time you do that, the old SIM is disconnected, so you need to repeat the process every time you want to shift phones.

I'd recommend going with a physical SIM instead. This allows for instant switching between devices without the need to go through the process of registering the each time.
