Hi, basically I’ve upgraded my phone early, I’ve received the phone today, but only just realised I’ve ordered the 17 pro, instead of the pro max. Is there any way I could change it or not?

You’d need to contact customer service and you’d be covered by the cooling off period as regards returning your phone;but my gut feeling ( I stand to be corrected) is that you’d have to start the ordering process again which would (I think) involve another credit check.

Yeah 100%, the Pro Max variants are higher value, and are in very high demand at this time of year. It's certainly worth checking with customer services, I expect they can at least give a timescale on delivery before you agree to changing anything though @Charleycrooks14
