Three Trade In... Poor

Phone recieved by Ingram on the 29th. Confirmed as received by them after I emailed to check they had recieved it OK. Was told 5 working days, already over that and having chased them again no reply... 🤔

 

Starting to think I should have sold my old phone myself at this rate, wouldn't recommend as an option to other users.
