I've unpaired my old apple watch (and removed the Three mobile plan from it), and have now tried pairing my new apple watch with my iphone.... but when I go to activate my three data plan I get a 'connection failed - the connection to the server was lost. Please try again later' message. I've tried clearing the cache on Safari on my phone, I've changed my password on my three account to only lowercase, I've updated everything to the latest software, I've turned everything off and on again.... but to no avail. Can someone please help as I'm going a bit mad.
(I also spent over an hour speaking to your customer service team, and they absolutely had no idea how to help)

Have a look here... But imo doesn't say much for the case when you are replacing a watch.

Thanks for that link, but I'm not sure it's the link you meant to paste (as it relates to Sky broadband and a wifi calling bug). I'd love to know what the page was that you wanted me to see....
