Can you activate my 3 days Go Roam for Eu

Hi there @Rai,
If you've purchased a Go Roam pass, this should automatically activate once you arrive at your destination and connect to a local network.
Does the pass show in your account, and have you travelled already and been unable to access services since arriving?
If so, please check that roaming is turned on in your device settings, and also complete a reset of your network settings. You may also want to try connecting manually to a network.
