I am getting constantly harrased by a no caller and id like to find out who it is or the number thats calling me

Most ( if not all) phones have the functionality to be able to block incoming calls where the number is withheld. Look for that option in the settings menu. It’s probably the best you can do for now.

"3" have no records of incoming calls.
