I have recently moved to a new flat, and I'm experiencing very poor signal reception. I’ve tried everything, but it’s not a network issue; the signal from Three is just very weak. Even Wi-Fi calling isn’t working. Could Three provide a signal booster or another solution to improve my connectivity? Haris

When you say WiFi calling isn’t working can you elaborate. Is your software up to date etc? I ask because it would obviously solve all of your problems.

It’s really strange — my software is up to date and Wi-Fi calling works everywhere else, just not in this flat. I’ve had the same internet provider for the last two years, so nothing has changed on my side. Any other advice?

Just by any chance is your isp Community Fibre?

Look up coverage for your postcode on 3's NETWORK COVERAGE page; will show
if any engineering work going on.
