East London why is there no signal all calls going to voicemail and when calling it doesn’t even ring this is getting ridiculous. What are we actually paying for? I’m seeing all the post saying the same thing. This has been happening for a good couple of months. We can’t get a basic call and that doesn’t even provide Internet what is going on 3 ? We need answers. When is this going to get fixed? I’m always getting brushed off by Customer Service is your phone reset your phone press this number. It should be fine but nothing. I’m missing very important phone calls.

I can understand your frustration with the calling and data issues you've described. Have you had a chance to check on Network Status and Coverage?
This might highlight if any known issues or planned work is impacting you at the moment.
I'd recommend giving your network settings a reset to see if this also helps, as it can be useful in refreshing your network connection. Please note, this may delete Wi-Fi/Bluetooth connections/passwords.
If no known issues are found and resetting does not change anything, please connect with Customer Services to discuss options for your account.
