I'm sorry to hear this. The outage was resolved last week on Wednesday the 25th, so if you're still experiencing persistent issues with your calls, and rebooting your device hasn't helped, there may be a different reason for this.
Can you check the Network Status Checker, and let me know if there's any issues showing in your local area? What model of phone are you using?
