Poor speed

Anyone else having poor speed? Since joining 3 my speed has fallen well below the advertised speed. I have visited the 3 shop and was promised someone would call me. No such call. I am now about to cancel and ask for sykind of refund.

I have an average of 300 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload, but the latency is out of control, often above 500 ms. This affects browsing and video watching, making it almost impossible to use the internet. I regret not switching to a better internet provider. It has been getting worse year after year. Previously, I had problems with signal dropping, where the hub would lose connection (2-5 times a week or maybe more), but it worked fine (good speed and latency). Now, the latency is insanely high.
