I have an average of 300 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload, but the latency is out of control, often above 500 ms. This affects browsing and video watching, making it almost impossible to use the internet. I regret not switching to a better internet provider. It has been getting worse year after year. Previously, I had problems with signal dropping, where the hub would lose connection (2-5 times a week or maybe more), but it worked fine (good speed and latency). Now, the latency is insanely high.

Have you spoken to customer service? Also check the Three status page to see if there are any technical issues affecting service in your area.
