Hello all, excited to be part of this new community, thanks to three for the invite!
One thing I wanted to raise is that I don't think Three adequately rewards loyal customers of theirs. I've always felt envious of what o2 customers get on the Priority rewards.
Some of you may have been with Three long enough to remember the Wuntu app that used to exist with daily rewards. After that was removed it seemed to me that Three don't appreciate longstanding customers anymore.
So being honest I only stayed for so long as they price matched other networks offerings, if it wasn't for that I would have switched to a cheaper network which offers loyalty rewards. So I feel this is something that missing and it would improve satisfaction amongst Three customers if brought back!

There is the 3+ app which has a range of offers none of which are of any interest to me. There are currently 13 offers on the app so 3 needs to put in more effort.

I remember the Wuntu app and it was very good.
There is the new Three+ app which has some offers but they are limited in their use unless you want 20% off Uber Eats or a £3 Cineworld ticket at the weekend..
