Why has my signal got bad use to be ok but last 2 months I have 1 bar or nothing. What’s changed ?

Hi there @Fishcake,

That's not good to hear, and I can appreciate that seeing a drop in signal is frustrating.

Do you have fewer signal bars everywhere, or only in specific places?

Please have a look at the Coverage and Network Status checker with your postcode, as this might highlight any logged issues in your area.

Please also consider completing a reset of your network settings. This will remove any saved Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings.

If the network checker doesn't offer any additional info and the drop in signal remains, please chat with Customer Services for some further support.
