going to spain and i'm confused

hi , i have a contract phone with unlimited , i am going to the balearics on monday but last year i got there and couldn't use my phone unless i was on the hotel wifi and i need to be able to use my phone as normal . i don't want to get caught out again . please help. Thankyou

Was the great advice from @Anonymous helpful for your trip? Have you been able to access your services since travelling? Please let us know.

If you have any problems connecting, please reset your network settings and then try a manual network connection to a foreign network via your device.

12gb data is the maximum you can use per month without incurring additional charges.

You can roam in the Balearic Islands by paying the £2 daily charge, or by buying a Go Roam Pass.

Make sure you have roaming enabled on your handset, and double-check that your Spend Cap isn't set to zero, and that your Credit Limit isn't set to £1.
