Hi @real24krews,

Thanks for getting back to me and confirming this.

It may be that heavy usage and a large number of users in the area is impacting your service quality.

If you find that this continues to be the case, please have a chat with Customer Services, who'll see what options are available to you if it's still impacting you.

Thanks,
Michael

Hi there @real24krews,

It's a shame to hear that you've experienced a drop in signal since the weekend.

Did you get a chance to check the Network Status Checker with your postcode?

This is on the same page as the Coverage Checker, but is on a separate tab.

This might be helpful in identifying if there are any known issues or planned work taking place in your area currently.

Thanks,
Michael

it says this

There is, at times, heavy usage in this local area.

As a result, you may experience varying data speeds depending on how many customers are connecting to our network via your closest mast.

We’re always working to improve our network and aim to provide the best experience possible.

See below for other factors that may affect your signal.

does this explain my issue

Does the signal look strong when not using it and then drop when you try to use data or make a call?
