mobile data problems

my phone keeps on going on one bars to no bars of signal am currently in norwich. The mobile data i can get while thiis is happening has been minimal and it has been ongoing for 2 days straight starting yesterday

Very strange behaviour to be honest. Maybe have a chat to Customer Service and see if they can offer any solutions?
