please be aware, I received a phone call saying they were from 3 , that I was eligible for a reduction in my monthly payment, they then sent an email which looked authentic, they continued on the phone asking me to read the email if I was happy to continue they would send me another email to click on a secure site where I could give my direct debit bank details, to update for the new monthly payments, I replied by saying that they already have them , she then said that they were for the old monthly payments , I then refused and told them that it’s a scam, she then replied saying to contact the local outlet to verify which was closed by this time, very persistent and convincing especially the emails I received, so please be aware of this scam. ps I have forwarded the emails to Three , take care out there
