Hi
I used to go to Cineworld a lot using the £3 voucher via the 3+ app (Three mobile) however you or Cineworld recently changed the T&Cs so the £3 ticket can only now be used Fri-Sun and no subtitled screenings take place over a weekend.
I am profoundly deaf and require subtitles and you're now inadvertently discriminating deaf people who cannot use the 3+ offer anymore. Please look into this oversight of deaf disabled people

That's not great, and understandably frustrating.
Three+ provides access to some great offers and benefits, however these offers are provided by the companies in question, and Three have no say on the rules or policies each company has in place as part of their offer.
It seems like the change in policy over there has had an unintended impact on you, and possibly other users of the offer. You can provide your feedback to Cineworld in the hopes that they can alter the policy, or perhaps place more of an emphasis on accessible viewing options during the weekend.

The perceived discrimination claim is stretching it for a promo offer; you need to
pursue with cinema operator, not 3.
