Last January 2025 I ordered a device and immediately changed my mind. I asked for confirmation that the order was cancelled and was assured it was. I had not been checking my bank statement as well as I should and it took a few months to realise 3 were still charging me. Since then I have made numerous attempts at trying to get things sorted and each time I was told they would raise a case.
Here we are over 1 year on and It still is not sorted. On 31st Dec I was told to cancel the direct debit (yes, I know I should have done that before but I was waiting for the details of the device people). I was told to just cancel it with the bank (i have the transcript for that convo) and they would raise a case. I am not being told i am 2 months in arrears.
Yesterday i spent 1 1/2 hours speaking to 2 different advisors who both cut the call off when I asked for a manager. I am absolutly raging mad.
How can I get this sorted? I have NEVER received a device but am constantly asked if I had returned it.
Has anybody got any advice?
