LIVE CHAT not working

My contract is coming to an end. I want to confirm that my existing plan will carry on rolling monthly.

I have rung 333  because LIVECHAT does not work when clicking, but I cannot understand the accent of the Three advisor despite hiim trying to be helpful talking slower.

Is their a problem with live chat? Will it be easier just to ask for a PAC code?

Welcome to the Three Community😊.

If you are on a Pay Monthly plan and your minimum term is completed, you will continue on a monthly rolling basis until you decide to cancel, switch, or upgrade.

There aren't any known issues with the live chat currently, and I've tested this too via the contact page online. 

Please try to access this page via a web browser instead of directly through the Three app, and let me know if it works.

If you wish to switch, you can request a PAC through the various methods outlined here

Once a PAC is used, your Three account would automatically be closed after the number is transferred. Any outstanding charges will be confirmed once the PAC is sent.

How can you not understand the accent of the Three adviser??? Do you need a hearing test?  To my knowledge there are no issues with live chat so if you want to obtain a PAC code just do so or call language line,

Just go into a 3 shop.
