Anyone come back to three but experienced problem logging into app/online, error account no longer active and account already registered when trying to re-register. Tried support but timed out twice and didn’t get anywhere.

Hello there.
If you were previously registered using the same email address and/or phone number, you will need to have the account reset so that you can register again.
The Support Team are the ones that can do that. You can call the team on 333, or by using the Livechat.
