Awful coverage - how do I get a refund

Fed-Up1
Fledgling

Hey Three - as you're quick enough to charge for any extras, can you be just as quick in giving a refund as there is no coverage in my area for the last week?

Hello @Fed-Up1,

It's a shame to hear that you lost coverage.

If you haven't seen an improvement, we'd usually recommend checking the Network Status and Coverage to see if anything was impacting your service.

If this has been ongoing, please have a chat with Customer Services, who will be able to investigate this further with you via your account.

Thanks,
Michael

Hey fedup1 (love the name) this isn’t customer service but it says in the Ts and Cs that continuous service isn’t guaranteed. Have you checked the status page or spoken to customer service? Better to do that and you might get an idea of when your service will be restored.
