I purchased a data pack on or about 27th July. it stopped working approx 3/4 days ago. I had an email from you stating I would receive a £10 refund due to a problem. I am unable to purchase another data pack as it states one is still in use ... it is not. Please sort asap, thanks. NAME Kevin *** / TEL NO .... 07*********
