I tried to use the £1 coffee at Nero this morning and the QR loaded but everytime I scanned it the price stayed the same. Tried it about 10 times.
The man on the till said to refresh it which I did but it still wasn’t working, ended up having to pay full price.
QR is in my codes and looks right but it wasn’t working.
Anyone else had this issue?

I’ve had this happen a few times now and it definitely needs to be addressed.. The barista tells me that the “code is invalid” and gets very annoyed as if I’m trying to use an already claimed code.
It’s VERY embarrassing, as it’s after they’ve made my drink and there’s a whole queue of people behind me and I’m unable to pay!
I tried messaging Three support and they said it was likely “due to there not being any codes left.” But if this is the case, and a downloaded code doesn’t guarantee a drink, Three need to take responsibility for notifying when the code is no longer valid. This is because often I’ll have made a trip specifically to get my Caffè Nero, and then it doesn’t work!
If there are any Three advisors that can comment on this, it’s definitely an issue. It seems to be in line with the code T&C’s updating too.
It’s bad enough that all the codes are always gone by Tuesday - and then they don’t even work when we come to use them!!

Same. This Sunday we went my partner and I with our qr codes. Mine worked. But my partner did not. Refresh and everything but nothing.
It is not the first it happened to us.
