I've had it with this network, as soon as I'm able I'm switching, it really shouldn't take a whole day to fix this sort of outage. Goodbye Three network

Is anyone actually there??? Furious network still down, my husband recently passed away and I am awaiting important funeral calls. To my knowledge, this is the third time this has happened.....so much for the merger with Vodaphone.....why can't we use there network???

Are you any closer to getting the network back up.? This isn't the first time, last time there was no apology or compensation. As someone with a very serious illness I need my phone !

What is the timeline for resolving the service issues.
I can't receive any texts and I'm unable to access many third party service as I can't receive their OTPs - what is the workaround. (Even your own live chat asks for a OTP that you can't send!)

I had to ring hospital today for some important results but due to this issue I couldn’t!!! The fact this has been ongoing since early this morning and still no fix is absolutely unacceptable! People expecting important calls, needing to make important calls and can’t do neither! Get your act together “3” and provide us with a reliable service we are all paying for!!! Hope to see a discount on my bill , otherwise I’ll be asking for one!!!

Absolutely ridiculous! I've currently got a parent in hospital terminally ill and have had different doctors trying to contact me throughout the day today but can't because the network is down. I think this is an absolute disgrace! 😡 What are we meant to do when we only have a mobile as a form of contact.

Three are the worst trying to sort out bills and also cancel with them and I can’t even make calls. I cannot believe this is happening in 2025
