Hi everyone,
We’re aware some customers are experiencing issues with calls at the moment. Our team are working hard to get things resolved as soon as possible. We’re sorry for any inconvenience in the meantime.
Please refrain from creating multiple new topics on this subject, we'll merge all related topics under this one, and provide updates here as soon as we can.
Thanks,
Jonathan

I'm leaving Three. I've told them I'm not paying any early exit fees either.

Thanks for no updates, no announcement and no apology. I'm leaving to join Tesco Mobile. 3 are done. 5 years with you, and you seem happy to let customers like me go....fascinating.

It’s not just Three that are having issues. O2 , EE, ID mobile , Smarty and yes Vodafone have all reported issues with services according to downdetector

Mine is working now

Why make a post and not update it. This is unacceptable, three has just completed one of the biggest merges in telecoms in the UK and thousands of customers can't make or receive calls. This does not give me or thousands of others confidence in this merger at all.

No detail, no indication of it being fixed, and to cap it off, a pathetic notice about a prize draw. Bot.

Is this outage also leading to failure of wifi calling?
My wife's Lebara mobile is able to wifi call, my Three mobile is not. I have very patchy 4G coverage and can dial a number but need wifi calling to make calls that won't drop out.

How could this happen? Is it due to the Three-Vodafone merger? Thought we'd have better signal post-merger not worse.
