Calls to my husband’s phone on ID network cut off as soon as he answers. Why? And how do I fix this?

Hello @Pesky,
It's very unusual that the call ends as soon as your husband answers.
Are your services directly with Three, or are both you and your husband with ID mobile? ID does use the Three/Vodafone network.
Does this happen with any other outbound calls on the same network?
I'd recommend resetting network settings on the device, as this can often help with network problems.
Which device make and model are you both using?

With respect you’ll need to speak to your service provider;IE ID network. I appreciate (obviously) it uses the Three network but as there are no known issues on Three (at the present) that would cause this issue it’s probably something that they need to deal with, I wonder why you’re on this forum as you’re not a Three customer. Just an observation rather than a criticism.
