Hiya,
has this happened to anyone else whereby your phone has been blocked from calls due to payment not being received on time and I now can’t even call 3 network.
I’ve been trying to get more info on how I can get 3 to call me on the app but the chat bot is absolutely useless and when I think they are going to put me onto an actually person to solve my issue it automatically ends the conversation! I hate this new age AI crap! Can I speak to a real person PLEASE!

It's disappointing to hear you've been cut off. The bot is only there to help guide you to the right department. If you'd rather speak to someone on the phone, you can call the Payment Support Team on 0333 338 1031 where you can get help getting things back up and running.
