Can't Pay Bill Online

Hello, 

I was wondering if anybody could help. Anytime I try to pay my bill online, it always rejects it. This isn't just from my debit card either, I've tried 3 different debit cards and a few credit cards and it instantly rejects them Everytime saying 'there was a problem can you try another one?'

 

I know these cards work perfectly fine, it's like the system doesn't even try to reach out to the bank/credit company with how quickly it goes through. 

Is there any potential solutions to this?

Potential solution is to set up a direct debit;problem solved. In the meantime call 333 and pay either via the automated service or via an advisor.

I needed to use more than one card this month as I didn't have the amount in my account for the direct debit. 333 didn't work either, automated service just cuts off after entering details. Quite frustrating but guess I'll try tomorrow and hope it works

I've spoken to live chat and they said it was my bank, but considering I've tried about 6 different cards and have spoke with 2 of them to confirm there are no issues I don't believe that's the case
