I saw how people on contracts can get a call log easily. Tried for PAYG. Can only get call log if you fill in a data protection form, attaching ID and proof of address! And can take a month! Technical problem with form currently
Given they would be sending the data to my phone...... So irritating!

Sorry to hear you're having a bit of trouble finding this info. Happy to help.
I'm not aware of an issue with that form at the moment, you should be able to find it on our right to access information page. That page has a link to the form, and the email you'd send it on to when completed. If you're experiencing an error, please let us know a bit more about what's happening and we'll pass this on to the relevant team.
There's a simpler way to track this info down though. If you use the Three App, once signed in to your account, scroll down and look for the "Usage" option. This will let you check out which numbers you've called, texted to. You can also check out your data usage there too.
